Fine Arts

At MVCA, we believe fine arts education is imperative to developing a well-rounded student. Art is universal and a necessary part of the Kingdom that draws us nearer to God’s heart, the ultimate Artist, who has created us in his image (Psalm 139:14). Through various expressions of art—from ceramics, photography, and drawing to music, dance, and drama—we get to reflect and inspire the beauty of God, while also connecting with our communities.

Our exceptional fine arts instructors set high expectations, as we strive for excellence, with a goal to help our students discover and cultivate their God-given talents. As extensions of God’s handiwork, students will grow in worshiping God through art, find a sense of belonging, develop lasting relationships with their peers, and gain confidence in who God created them to be. Throughout the school year, we provide our students with opportunities to showcase their talent, lead, serve, and honor God through the arts.

I invite you to read the descriptions of each program on our website. From Preschool to 12th grade we have numerous opportunities at MVCA for our students to be creative, discover their talents, and find community.
