MVCA is honored to welcome international students to study with us! Our program is by invitation, and we invite you to submit your request for consideration.
As an approved F1 issuing school, MVCA offers international Christian families the opportunity to become part of a vibrant Christian community where strong academic preparation is met with intentional spiritual growth, meaningful relationships, and authentic cultural experiences. Can I apply now?
Yes! We are currently accepting applications by invitation only. If you are interested in applying, please reach out to our admissions office.
What grades are you accepting applications?
We are currently accepting applications for grades 9 through 12.
Do I have to be a Christian to attend Miami Valley Christian Academy?
Yes. We are a Christian School for Christian families. A part of our core focus is developing young men and women who are strong in their faith and ready to graduate fully prepared in their gifts and talents to fulfill their purpose and impact the world for Christ.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes! We are a fully contained international student program and our team will place you in a host family connected within our school community.
Can I live with a family member in Cincinnati?
In Special Situations, we may allow a student to live with a family relative who lives near Miami Valley Christian Academy. If you are interested in this option, please let our admissions team know when you apply.
Do I need to be fluent in English to attend?
Yes, English needs to be secure. All of our courses are taught only in English, and while we can provide some academic support as you transition into a new learning environment, we do not offer English as a second language support.
What are the steps in the admissions process?
We keep our process simple, yet thorough and complete! You will be guided by someone on our admissions team to efficiently move through the process so we can arrive at a decision giving you enough time to apply for and be issued your visa at the embassy in your home country.

How much does it cost to attend?
Our full program tuition for the 2026-2027 school year will be $40,000 per year. This includes academic tuition, medical insurance, and host family support. This does not include personal expenses or travel expenses to and from the US for school.
Do you offer scholarships or financial aid?
Our international student program does not provide financial assistance, although some scholarship consideration may be available to students who qualify. Please let the admissions team know when applying whether you are seeking consideration for an academic scholarship.
