Visual Arts
Miami Valley Christian Academy’s visual arts program is based on the truth that God is the Master Artist, and that creation is God’s handiwork (Genesis 1:1). The program encourages students’ appreciation of creation as having been made by our Creator and encourages their taking an active role in creating art. Biblical concepts are integrated throughout the curriculum while classes incorporate the elements of art and principles of design, and include art history, aesthetics, criticism, and production.
