With a background as a Dental Assistant and Office Manager spanning 14 years, Beth transitioned to dedicating her time to family when the opportunity arose. A compassionate caregiver, she played a pivotal role in caring for her grandfather and mother until their passing. Subsequently, Beth has wholeheartedly focused on nurturing Avery and actively participating in her educational journey.

A devoted prayer warrior both at home and within our Moms in Prayer Group, Beth is a familiar face at the Annual Academy Auction, generously volunteering her time. Beyond that, she takes on the role of coaching our Youth Track and Field Team.

Beth’s dedication extends to safeguarding the Academy’s position as a bastion of faith for our children, upholding its core values with unwavering commitment.

Rob Ficker

A Chicago native, Rob graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Finance.  Beginning his career, he moved to Cincinnati where he met and married Tracy.  They joined the MVCA family in 2004, enrolling Tyler (first grade) and Cassidy (pre-school) with both children attending MVCA through high school.

While the children attended MVCA, Rob and Tracy were visible and active in serving the growing academy.  Rob engaged via various channels, including coaching various athletic teams, volunteering at events, leading Cub Scouts, praying in the halls and classrooms and picking up a broom, shovel or wrench wherever needed.  This is Rob’s second term on the MVCA Board of Trustees.  Now as a parent of alumni, he enjoys serving MVCA by offering the perspective of a parent who has seen the influence of MVCA beyond graduation.

Rob is an employee-owner at SEI, serving as an executive consultant to local and national clients.  Rob’s consulting focus is operational excellence and has supported various industries including medical devices, financial, retail, insurance and technology.  His family attends River Hills Christian Church in Loveland where Tracy serves as the Finance Director.

Tom Rhodenbaugh

Tom Rhodenbaugh, Past-President of the MVCA Board of Trustees, is a life-long resident of Cincinnati. After graduating from Indian Hill High School, he attended Miami University, obtaining a BS in Zoology and a MS in Finance. In 1983 he joined Kutol Products Company, a third-generation regional manufacturer of industrial soap. Working together with his brother Joe, Kutol has grown to a nationally recognized leader in the hand hygiene industry. The lessons learned in growing a small family business from less than 20 teammates to a national leader with over 200 teammates has provided invaluable lessons in leadership and sustainability.

Attaining the rank of Eagle Scout provided great lessons in leading, cooperating, and respecting others and the environment, and certainly influenced Tom in the area of volunteering to help others. Volunteering for the Boy Scouts of America, Armstrong Chapel UMC, and Miami Valley Christian Academy have allowed Tom to give back to organizations that support great values and endorse a Christian lifestyle. In his 18 years of MVCA Board service, Tom has learned much about the power of faith and prayer when combined with good old-fashioned hard work. Tom lives in Indian Hill with his wife Mia. Their three children are all graduates of MVCA where Tom and Mia see the value of their MVCA education blooming more each year.
